Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days.
- Made-to-order apparel: 3–5 business days.
- Custom and personalized items: 3–7 business days.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time. During holidays or busy market weekends, orders may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate shipping: $5.95.
- FREE U.S. shipping on orders of $49 or more.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship from Wheat Ridge, Colorado, via USPS or UPS.
Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays may affect delivery times.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, by appointment.
Please select local pickup at checkout, if available, or contact us before placing your order to arrange pickup.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Colorado Rocky Paws is not responsible for shipping delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we're happy to help you with tracking information or filing a carrier claim when possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items.
